Purchasing Tips:
 Purchase open flowers when the outer petals are open, but the central petals are still closed and the center is not exposed. Flowers should be clean and bright with no signs of browning or wrinkling on petals or of the protective wax peeling away from the petals.
Conditioning:
 If shipped loosely, cover blooms with damp cotton and wrap loosely in plastic or place in corsage bag in box, then put immediately in cooler. If shipped in special packaging, the box should not be open until flowers are needed. Once opened, remaining flowers in box can be misted, covered with plastic and returned to cooler.
